Shabbat is the seventh-day rest given to Israel — a weekly sign of the rest we are invited into through Yeshua. We have found that receiving it as a family, with simple Hebrew blessings and a set-apart meal, has reshaped the rhythm of our house in the desert.
Below is our "Receiving the Shabbat" video — a short walkthrough of how we welcome Shabbat at home with candles, wine, bread, and the traditional blessings — followed by a free PDF that teaches each blessing in Hebrew, English transliteration, and English translation.
